Our agent Panos was so great to work with at every phase of listing and selling our condo. His responsiveness and professionalism cannot be beat. He was encouraging and optimistic without ever getting our hopes up too much about anything. Panos is a very trustworthy person who has a very broad understanding and knowledge of the property market in Los Angeles. Panos helped me figuring out the pricing of my unit perfectly. Like every property seller, my reality vs the market reality were different and he made me see the reality hence ended up selling the unit in a timely manner.
